Platform Sole is Flat and Rigid
These are hard to get on. I recommend using a shoe horn. Maybe over time it gets easier, but so far, I can’t get them on without a significant struggle or the help of a shoe horn. The size is right, I’m a size 9. It’s the opening in the boot that is not very forgiving. I have skinny feet. I can’t imagine someone with a wider foot trying to squeeze into these. It’s not the width of the foot causing a problem for me, it’s the length of my foot. It simply doesn’t slide on or bend where necessary. They are warm and cozy but be aware that if you need arch support, these are completely flat inside, there is no built-in support at all. The platform sole does not bend so it takes some getting used to if you’ve never worn a rigid, inflexible sole before. All in all, I like them and love the cozy look of them for cold winter days. I have a pair of tall, flat UGGs that I’ve owned for 20+ years. They are indestructible and very warm. I’m drawn to the quality of the brand as well as this sand color. I love the lighter, neutral color. It goes with everything.

Hard to get on
I received these yesterday and I was so excited to try them on. Unfortunately they are extremely hard to get into. I had to struggle quite a bit. Once I got them on they are really cute and comfy. They run true to size with just enough room. I ordered an 8.

Foot won’t even fit inside!??!
My feet are not big or wide, size 6 and I’ve worn other longer calf length uggs that were store bought in the past. These boots are super cute but I could not even get my foot to go inside them no matter how hard I tried! The problem is how stiff, rigid and narrow the ankle openings are! I’ve no idea how anyone got these shoes to go on. I’ve googled the problem and seen other videos on TikTok etc with the exact same problem as me. I really like them so I’m willing to try a store (not Amazon) in person and go up a size to a 7 and see if that helps. So disappointed!

Runs large!
Cute shoes, very comfortable like all uggs are. They run big. I am an 8 and have to reorder a size down. Had about an inch from my toe to the end of the shoe, and my heel lifted when I walked in them. Uggs form to your feet and stretch so better a little too small than too large if you have to choose.

Legit UGGs. They’re just fugly as hell lol.
They’re real UGGs, in case reviews claiming fraud are making you nervous. The only thing is, they’re so phenomenally ugly. The platform + the low ankle cuff cuts off the leg at an unavoidably hideous point where they just can’t be made cute.I bought them after seeing them everywhere online, convinced I could throw them into a lot of cute outfits with leggings, leg warmers, oversized jeans, etc. I was wrong; also, the Sand color is pale as hell & fleshy, to boot. Overall, I just don’t recommend them. It’s not that they make your feet look huge (I own a lot of platforms, they rarely look like clown shoes), they just look like too much in person, especially vs the standard classic ultra mini, etc. I didn’t believe other people when they said this, only to try them myself and find out they were right.I’ve ordered the Tazz slipper instead; less weird looking on foot in person.

I love them! They are authentic! I think people may have been buying them and returning fakes. These are real and beautiful. I did size up though and glad I did . I have wide set feet and it’s a little difficult to slip the foot in lol
