Best workout porduct ever
It was really easy to setup all you have to do is get the hand pump and inflate it. I have used it for six months and it has held up well. I absolutely loved this.

Best tool if you’re building your home gym!
I have been searching for this for the longest time but who wants to spend $80 for half of a workout ball? Not me. This was a great price and I could pass it up. Great quality and durability. So many ways to use it in a workout. If you need a reclining bench, hell just place it flat side down and there’s your support. Its perfect. Now the pump? The pump sucks. You may as well just take the straw and blow air through it yourself instead of the hand or foot pump, whatever that is. You can use you’re on hot air without fear of passing out bc it doesn’t take much to fill it. Buy this.

Great for kids and teens
So far this is working really well. I use it for a kids fitness class and the color is great. Students of all sizes have used it without any issues. It was a bit of a pain to pump up, but it has not needed to be refilled yet. The size is the same as the name brand one I have and the price was much better!

Bands are useless, Rest is great
BOSU itself is perfect. Great quality, easy to inflate. Reason for 4 stars is because the resistance bands are useless. Too light and long for bicep curls, too stiff and short for shoulder presses, too long for lateral flies. Only get resistance for a small range of motion. Ended up taking them off and using free weights or a band between my hands. Could step on a band and wrap it around the hands to adjust the tension. Handles make that difficult to do. I just wouldn’t buy this BOSU because of the bands. If it had been more expensive than one without, I would have gotten one without bands. Bonus having a mini ball in this package.

This item requires an ER visit
We got this for my daughter for dance technique, the other night her foot slipped on the top and the edges are so sharp it cut off the bottom half of her big toe- requiring an ER visit and stitches. After looking at the item, we’re honestly shocked it didn’t happen sooner. The edges are SO sharp. Do not recommend.

Works great, no air loss
This works great. I use it to work on my balance several times a day for a few weeks now. No air loss. The pumps works fine. Yes, it’s cheap and not sure how long it will last, but it’s fine. The people who couldn’t get it to work might have hooked the hoses to the wrong port.

Bought to help with my son’s calf stretches for his toe walking. It is as described. Younger son likes to bounce on it so hopefully it stands up to that.Both adults almost 200lbs have stood on it without issue.

An sich eine gute & günstige Alternative zum originalen Bosu. Dieser Balance-Trainer hat eine gerade und gummierte Oberfläche ohne nervige “Standfüße”. Das ist bei den Alternativen zum Original gar nicht so einfach zu finden. Die gummierte Oberfläche geht nicht bis zum Rahmen. Die Gummierung ist nur in dem Bereich mit den Noppen. Leider war bei mir der Rahmen, der die Platte am Ball hält geplatzt. Im Fitnessstudio wird der Bosu hart ran genommen und da ist trotzdem nichts geplatzt. Scheinbar wird beim Bosu ein besseres Material verwendet. Für mich gibt es daher keine Alternative zum viel zu teuren Original.

Wurde mir zur Gonathrose Therapie geraten, sehr empfehlenswert, viele einfache muskelaufbauende Übungen möglich und meine Enkelin hat die größte Freude daran.
