This is nice quality and does provide great support – I cant wear this on bad pain days, i would not say this is fibromyalgia compatible for those rough days so dont try, but for everyone else id say it will help, and it does help me when its more mild and i need the support to get stuff done.

Works well, helps get shoulders straight and sit up properly at the desk. A little exhausting to wear for an extended period of time, if you’re not used to it you may want to limit how long you wear it the first couple of days. Hopefully this helps retrain the posture muscle memory.

Got this for my little sister with posture issues. We tried numerous posture corrections but this one might have hit the mark for her. She is actually willing to wear it as oppose to wear previous ones super loose just to wear it to appease us. She actually enjoys this one! A win-win for everyone :)She is 5’5” and 85kg.
