It works for my nail strength and growth!
I have only been taking about half a dose of this biotin collagen liquid. I originally was taking the recommended dosage, but it did cause me to get that typical “biotin acne breakout” And I am not someone who generally gets acne. I started reducing the dose to only a cap full a day. Since then, I have not gotten much breakouts and my nails Have been growing at rapids speed in our in great shape. A couple weeks ago they were looking extremely questionable, but now they look as healthy as can be. I keep it stored in the fridge. In the mornings, I simply drink a cap full and then I drink a cup of water. The taste is really nice, and I personally think the dosage is a little strong but again I only take half now and that fixes the issue and also prolongs how long it takes me to finish the bottle which is awesome.

Good flavor and sugar free!
I just started taking this product. The flavor is good and since it’s liquid It’s very convenient vs pills. I’ll review again after a few months taking the product.
