Disappointed
I received my steamer Thursday September 18, 2025. Too k it out the box today September 21, 2025 to use it for the first and it’s not working. I thought it my have been the outlet so I moved it. Still nothing. I made sure the water is below the red max line still nothing. So I guess I will have to return. So disappointed. I was looking forward to using it.

Good steamer but….
The steamer puts out amazing steam, but I used mine 2 times and it stopped working. I contacted their customer service and they were excellent. Very responsive and sent a replacement immediately. Hoping the new one is better.
