I am using distilled water
I messaged the seller but ok…the fact is the product is great…came a few days earlier…so super easy to assemble, eventhough it said use tap water…I used distilled since the head peace doesnt come off…took about 5 mins to warm up…love it so far…this truly is a must buy!

Not well made
I bought this 11/24 and it’s already broken. The on/off switch is totally broken and now the unit is inoperable. 5 months?!?!

Works good. Only issue is steam only goes for about 10 minutes b4 you need to add more water & I wish it’d raise up a little higher but it’s worth what I paid for
