These weights are terrific! The quality is superb and they feel solid and comfortable in my hands. Ergonomically they are perfect to use I suffer from carpel tunnel so need to be aware of these types of things. The non slip grip makes them really nice as they won’t slip if you sweat a bit. These weights are very high quality and easy to use. I like that they are covered in rubber and the colors are pretty. The 8 pound weights are the ones I got and I use them every day. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I fractured my proximal humérus in 4 places and part of my rehabilitation was eventually to lift some weights. The first 8 mths i didn’t use any weights, then the next 5 i used 1 lb weights and now in month 14 i started with the 2 lbs weights and they are the perfect transition for me. i will use them for about 4 mths then go to a 3 lb weight and so forth.
