Packaging was terrible turns out it apparently was a return . the parts were scattered inside the box that was barley holding together when it arrived. I know this because it worked but made horrible noises when operating. I returned it and requested a new one it arrived and was packaged totally different and all the parts were in bags and small boxes and packed in styrofoam. The second one e seems to work ok but haven’t put through the paces yet .
