It’s Great!
I’ve order this 3 times now and it’s been so helpful. I prefer to take it at night. It helps me sleep better and improves my digestion. Doesn’t have any negative side effects that I’ve noticed. 10/10

Great Night’s Sleep
Best sleep I have ever had. I wake up feeling very rested and the morning bowel movement is a plus. Easy to swallow. I take two every night before bed. Would highly recommend

Effective at first but not anymore
I will say that this product was helpful the first 2-3 months I used it. It helped relieve muscle soreness when I used it before bed, however I don’t think I need the additional supplement and have not noticed the effect in my second purchase of the same product. The capsules are relatively large and have an odd taste and after taste to them. I find it helpful to drink juice after use.

Deeper Sleep
Made me feel great the first night I took it=deeper sleep! I like taking it at night, 1 or 2 capsules and or skipping it as I want. Of course regular exercise is the best way to deepen your sleep, especially walking, cardio earlier in the day, tai chi and yoga/stretches.
