Great Product, dicey delivery!
Omaha Steaks are generally excellent. Butcher cuts are my preference. The other items in this package have always been very enjoyable as well, though I have never had their Kielbasa, I am sure it will be excellent as well. The Caramel Apple Tarts are delicious, and the perfect finish to a nice meal.I communication problem occurred between Amazon and Omaha Steaks around the shipping. Amazon was not showing the package as having shipped at the time it actually arrived at my house. FedEx doesn’t ring your door bell, so the styrofoam container was left in my deck, and I only found it by chance, not expecting it for at least another couple of days. Omaha Steaks would have replaced the contents if it had defrosted before I took receipt. That wasn’t necessary as there was plenty of dry ice in the container when I opened it. The request for this review was the first sign that Amazon was aware that the package had been delivered, and this two days after the delivery took place.

Best gift you can give
These are wonderful gift items. I bought this for my sister as a 15 year anniversary date night gift for her and her husband and they loved them.I just bought another deluxe set for my brother and husband wife as a wedding gift. Going forward this deluxe set will be my go to gift for everyone.

Good but not worth the price compared to local grocery store
I wish I could say these were so much better and more tender and flavorful than my local grocery store… but they weren’t. They were by no means bad but IMO not worth the higher dollar they ask for their steaks. This package still has plenty of value though, as all the items included are very delicious

Omaha Steaks review
A bit disappointed in this purchase. I had made this purchase on Amazon because I wanted to see What Omaha Steaks was all about. The roast plastic was opened inside the package which meant that when I thawed it, the juice ran out all inside the box and my refrigerator. And obviously, it was a bit dry once cooked. Lasagna was blah, but ok. Shepherd’s pie was really tasty.UPDATE: Omaha Steaks reached out to me and resent problem items. The roast was sealed and when I cooked it, it was delicious!! I’m goind to re-rank the item to a 5 because the food was great this time AND customer service was exceptional. Will purchase again when I can.
