The Only Probiotic That Actually Works for Me
These are the only probiotics that actually make me have a daily bowel movement, and I can’t say that about any others I’ve tried. What I really love is that they don’t cause any cramps, discomfort, or bloating—just gentle, reliable results. They’re powerful but still easy on my system, and I really notice the difference in my digestion when I take them consistently. Always arrives well packed with frozen cold packs. I’ve been taking this probiotic for over 10 years as recommended by my gastroenterologist. It’s got a great variety of probiotic cultures and as far as I know it’s very effective.

When you need a more serious Probiotic
When my GI doctor suggested I consider this Probiotic, I had been taking a more popular probiotic and had never heard of VSL#3. I had to search around to see where to get it and was delighted to find that Amazon carried it. It comes in easy to swallow capsules and does not have an aftertaste. It is a more serious probiotic than the more popular ones, and seems to deliver a better effect. The only issue is that it needs to be refrigerated and cannot be kept in the bathroom with my other vitamins. I have to leave a note to myself to remember to go to the fridge to get them each day.

Packed in ice and stayed cold
I have only been taking them for a week so really can not speak about effectiveness. But they were delivered enclosed with ice so they stayed at the right temperature. Capsules are easy to swallow. I think they are quality made and will have good results. But need to take them for a month or two to see.
