Easy to Inflate & Works as Expected
Nice, manageable size. I fully inflate, then back off a bit, because it’s recommended to be somewhat squishy. Includes a pamphlet with a few exercises and two sets of straws with plugs. It’s sticky for the first week or so.

Great Pilates ball for home workouts
This Pilates ball has been a great addition to my workouts. It’s durable, easy to inflate, and holds air really well. I love using it to add variety to my Pilates and core exercises—perfect for balance, stability, and strength training. The material feels sturdy but still comfortable, and it doesn’t slip during use. Definitely a simple but very useful tool for home practice.

The ball is great for exercise and sturdy so it will last
I am very pleased with this ball. I got the larger, 9 inch size, as I wasn’t sure the 6 inch would be big enough. It does not come with a pump, but the straw method to inflate it was simple and did not require any exertion at all. Just a couple of quick breaths and it was inflated; easier than blowing up a new balloon. You can t the hardness of the ball by how much you blow it up as well. The surface is textured, so it is easy to grip and keep hold of when using. All in all, I would recommend this ball to anyone who wants a 9 inch ball. Whether for exercise or just for your child or pup to have a play toy (probably wouldn’t hold up to dogs that destroy toys too long though!).

I’ve purchased the same item twice my Pilates balls are different sizes for some reason? The first one I received was the size I wanted and I loved it. Second one is really big. Not sure who to reach out to.

Really good quality, and durable. Easy to use, and adjust the amount of air you want inside the ball, so whether you want it really firm, or not too firm, it’s easy to adjust to your preference.

Heute Bestellt….morgen schon da. Dank Prime Vorteil wurde der Artikel sehr schnell geliefert.Der kleiner Gymnastik Ball ist echt Toll. Durch einen Plastik Röhrchen lässt er sich aufblasen und sehr gut wieder die Luft rauslassen, fass das notwendig sein sollte.Für meine tägliche Gymnastik einfach super. benutze es auch für Rücken Massage was sehr gut Funktioniert.
