This ball is definitely worth the price. It works very well to strengthen leg muscles. I am 74 and had no problems blowing the ball up. It comes with all that you need plus it was recommended by my husbands rehab nurse. Excellent product.

Balls are nice. Seems like the 9 inch, which is common size is just a bit bigger than the ones i use in pilates classes, but good deal and easy to work with. the extra plugs and plug removal tool is nice to have

Ideal for physical therapy. Using the included plug puller and short straw for oral inflation, I inflated it to about 75% of capacity, no pump necessary. I use this for knee squeezes. Feels much the same as the ball I use when I am in therapy appointments. I am grateful for how well it works my hips. Good price.

Does the job but needs to have air put in more than i think it should. But that is easy to do. Not a smooth surface. It is grippy (think stickyish like a sticky yoga mat). This might suit you well as it is less likely to escape when you are compressing it during some on your exercises.

Love that two come together in the package. I can use one fully inflated (for Pilates and workouts) and leave the other one slightly less inflated- as instructed by physical therapy, so I can do cervical stability Excercises for management of coat hanger pain. They look fine. They have a soft rubbery texture. They retain air and don’t leak. No smell. Help me excercise in so many ways. I even take the less inflated ball on road trips to ease neck tension.

Ball does not come inflated. If you’re thinking of ordering this Pilates ball, make sure you have a way of inflating it. I wasn’t expecting it to come folded in quarters.

This 9-inch exercise ball has been perfect for my postpartum core strengthening exercises. The quality is excellent and the material feels sturdy and durable. It inflates easily, holds air well, and is just the right size for at-home workouts. Great value and very happy with this purchase!
