Just tried out this facial steamer and it’s got some fancy features. The dual steam modes are pretty cool, lets you switch between regular and ozone mist. Professional Facial Steamer
I been wanting one of these facial steamer for a long time, but wow this one made me a believer. It heats up fast and gives off a solid, steady mist that feels so nice.I use it a couple times a week during my little home spa routine and it makes me feel extra fancy, and I just love it. The design is sleek and professional-looking it’s sturdy but lightweight, so it’s easy to move or store.It doesn’t take up a ton of space either, which is a bonus since I don’t have a huge vanity setup. I usually put on some music, grab a towel, and just chill for 10 minutes while it works its magic.Overall, excellent without the price tag. It’s also kind of fun, like bringing the spa home. Good quality, even my son looked curious the first time I used it! Worth it!

Dry winter skin doesn’t stand a chance! This steamer adds instant hydration—my cheeks used to feel tight and flaky, but now they’re plump and dewy after each use. I add a few drops of lavender oil to the water tank for a relaxing aromatherapy boost, and it’s become my nightly self-care ritual.

Disappointing and frustrating product
I tried to start it at least 10 times, but it keeps doing the same thing—heating up and steaming for a second, then automatically shutting off. I followed all the instructions, added water (not even to the max, but more than the minimum), and waited, but it never worked properly.I’m returning it, but it’s such a hassle since I already threw away the box. If you decide to buy this, save the box in case you need to return it. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing purchase.

Good steam quality
This steamer was very easy to put together and get up and running. I bought one for my in-home spa I am setting up so I can pamper myself and my girlfriends. I saw this and had to have one. Steaming feels so luxurious and relaxing. This one is super large capacity so it lasts for quite a few sessions. You could definitely use it in a professional salon. We absolutely love ours and highly recommend it for the quality and effectiveness.

Feels great once you figure out how to use it and adjust it
Assembly is quite easy. It took me less than 10 minutes. I read the instructions carefully as well as the additional sheet with the do’s and don’ts (I laughed at the “It is forbidden” about putting fragrance oils in the water chamber). Make sure you do not use distilled water, or if you do you must add salt. I just used plain tap water as salt water usually irritates my skin.The problem was getting this adjusted. The arm with the steamer moves horizontally but not vertically. You have to adjust the central tube to lower or raise the arm so that it is exactly the right distance from your face on the surface you plan to lay on or sit on while using this. The casters are very handy for moving this around, but raise the apparatus up fairly high. I cannot fit this under my couch or close enough under a chair. I have to place it next to the couch or chair, or use this in bed. The central tube also does not get low enough for me to place the steamer the recommended distance from my face. I guess my beds and couches in my home are lower than most.There were no instructions for how to operate this, or an explanation of the icons on the screen. I plugged it in and turned it on, then stepped away to wash my hands while I assumed the water heated. I thought it would heat, then you’d have to start the cycle. Nope, the timer starts as soon as you turn this on and once the water heats it will start steaming. I turned it off so that I could adjust it, and then it wouldn’t turn on again. A water icon kept flashing so I added more water (even though it was 2/3 full) and then it turned on.But WOW it was worth the frustration to adjust and figure out how to use because the actual steam felt wonderful. It feels good on my face but also provides relief to my very dry eyes. You may want to wear a shower cap if your hair is prone to frizzing when exposed to humidity, or if your hair is styled and getting slightly damp would damage the style. There isn’t a great way to collapse this for storage so you may have to find a corner or closet to keep it in for easy access to use whenever you like. You will likely need an extension cord as the cable isn’t very long.
