High quality versatile bands!
These are amazing! It came with a carrying bag AND a door mount so that I can mount one or all of the bands at once for my workout. They are great quality and having 4 different options is great for many different muscle groups. A full workout in a bag!

Nice set of bands
I bought this set to replace a couple of bands that are getting old. The widest dark purple one (~1” wide) and the light purple (~1/2”) ones are similar to the ones I use for assisted pull-ups. The 1/4” pink one is very light; it would be good for rehab., or just a bit of an assist when the stronger bands would make a movement too easy (i.e. assisting a Pilates roll-up). The bands can be used doubled, but then the length would be shorter. Nice that the set comes with a door anchor, and a carry bag if you want to travel with it. It also has a sheet with exercises if you’re new to resistance exercises or just want a reminder. I just got these so I can’t say how durable they are, but if they last as long as my previous bands they’re a great value.

Not good quality but a good set for starters
Not good quality, they stretch far from their original tightness after just a couple uses, making them pretty uncomfortable. It does come with an exercise book and a bag though, it’s a good deal for the price.

Bedridden Workout
You can get a workout right where you are. I was laying in bed and thought what if I put the loop through the bedframe? Exercised arms and back and core. Okay what if I just have one longer loop from the bedframe? Tighter abs, heart is all kinds of happy and I was able to watch my muscles in my legs engage.I’m clearly not an athlete, but the two lowest level bands work well for me. The lowest is for my shoulder therapy, which I have to do forever,( arthritis and hypermobile ). If you’re not going to the gym and want something that will challenge you, these will do it. You might see my other reviews soon saying the same, I have gotten all different types of bands and they are worth it.These are strong, still I bought my set with the expectation that I would be replacing them with another set within a year. Completely worth it.

Perfect for a quick workout
