Buy, buy, buy THIS facial steamer if you suffer from cystic acne.I haven’t had issues with acne aside from a random pimple along my hairline; even as a teenager. Having a cystic acne outbreak at 40 years old was crushing me. After ceasing the medication that caused it, I had still take care of the remaining acne that was triggered. Not to mention some dark spots from the healed bumps. I tried EVERYTHING! Admittedly it was making it worst. Finally I gave up in pure frustration. I figured that I would go back to wash, tone, moisturize.After reading every blog or article on cystic acne, the common denominator to curing was cleaning out of pores. Not wanting to slather my face with more useless serums, I looked for intensive cleaning options. This FACIAL STEAMER has returned my skin to its normally smooth surface OVERNIGHT!! With the normal products I used pre-outbreak, I :- Washed my face (tea tree cleaner)- I steamed for 30 minutes (warmed towel works too!)- Used the (included) blackhead remover for visible white/blackheads- Wiped down with a toner/cleaner (tea tree)- Moisturized with Olay tone repair. (I usually use their ‘fight the seven signs…’ moisturizer for day and night)- Spot treated with a tea tree oil spot treatment productWhite/Blackheads went down (healed) over the night and my skin felt smooth (not riddled with acne). Steaming really “sweated” the gunk out and opened the pores. WORTH NOTING: I had a product issue. The COMPANY got back to me with resolving the issue in HOURS! HOURS! My jaw dropped reading their email and resolution! Customer service is a big thing for me. I LOVED this steamer after using it two times; I didn’t want to return it. Emailed the company directly… just WOW!I think the product is great, humidifier, towel warmer and facial steamer. All things I plan on using. AND their customer service is AWESOME?!?! okay so this steamer is everything. I’ve been dealing with clogged pores and blackheads forever, and this has seriously made a diff. The steam comes out strong but not too hot, and it runs for a solid 30 mins if u need it. I usually do about 10-15 min sessions, and my skin feels so soft after. it opens up my pores so my skincare absorbs better too.The extraction tools it comes with are actually good quality, not the cheap ones you usually get. I use the steamer 2-3x a week and I swear my skin is smoother and less congested. also doubles as a humidifier when my room feels dry. super easy to use, no mess. deffinately recommend for anyone trying to level up their self-care.

Summary:I was hesitant but so glad I bought this. I’ve been trying to be very mindful of my skin as I approach 50. I’ve noticed large pores and some blackheads on the sides of my nose. This facial steamer puts out quite a punch! The skin care tools provided with it are helpful for extractions too. The steam does get quite hot, but of course, you can get as close or as far from it as you need. The first time I used it, I immediately put on a Dead Sea Pore Refining mask afterwards. The steam opens the pores, so I figured that would be a good way for the mask to really get into the problem areas. The second time, I used my cleanser, then toner, then serum immediately after. It’s important to remember that the steam will open up the pores, so you can take advantage of that by applying a good cleanser or mask after use.While I bought this for actual skin care treatment, I will say that I find it so relaxing to use, so it can definitely be used if you just want to unwind from a long day. Added bonus – you’d be treating your skin at the same time!Color: not really any kind of a deal breaker for me. I do like that you can choose one of a few colors, but I had actually forgotten about that until writing this review anyway. If color matters to you, then just know you can choose yours!Value for money: this is WELL worth the cost.Durability: I haven’t had this long, so I can’t really comment on durability but it does seem to be high quality.Leakage: Be careful when transporting the steamer from one place to another while the reservoir has water in it. It will drip out if tilted. But I wouldn’t call this leakage. When set in place, whether being used or not, there hasn’t been any leakage at all yet.

It’s good but the seller doesn’t mention that is only work with 110v electric, take a look of your electric voltage before you buy this product, otherwise you should buy transformer for it, it’s mean you will pay extra for this product to use it.
