【Anti-Burst & Non-Slip】This 9-inch yoga ball is made of durable, non-toxic PVC material with anti-burst properties—even if punctured, it deflates slowly to avoid sudden bursts. Its surface has a subtle textured finish that boosts friction, keeping the ball from slipping during core workouts, between-knee squeezes, or physical therapy moves. You’ll stay stable and focused, no matter how you use it.
【Multi-Scene All-Round Use】Ideal for yoga, Pilates, barre, core training, and physical therapy (back rehab, hip/knee recovery)—it even supports office posture and pregnancy exercises. It adds targeted resistance to stimulate abs, back, waist, and leg muscles, boosting core strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Suitable for home gyms, therapy sessions, or on-the-go workouts, fitting diverse fitness and daily needs.
【Easy Inflation】The set includes 1 straw, 1 plug puller, and 2 spare air plugs (1 pre-installed). Inflate the ball in seconds by blowing through the straw, then seal it with the plug; deflate quickly by removing the plug with the puller. No extra pumps needed—simple to set up and adjust firmness to your preference.
【Compact & Portable】At 9 inches when inflated, the ball is small and lightweight; after deflating, it folds into a compact size that fits easily into gym bags, backpacks, or suitcases. Take it with you for travel workouts, gym sessions, or therapy appointments—never miss a training session due to size or portability issues.
【Effective Core & Rehab Support】This mini ball targets abs and lower back through planks or glute bridges, aids hip/knee/sciatica rehab by reducing joint stress, and boosts stability and strength. It promotes circulation when used between knees, works as a posture support tool—practical for both fitness goals and recovery needs.

Good Basic Exercise Ball
Rating: 5 Stars (The item meets or exceeds my expectations)This exercise ball is exactly what it says it is. It comes deflated with a straw for inflation and two plugs, as well as a little tool for removing the plugs. I didn’t even bother with the straw and used a hand pump to fill the ball with air because you just can’t get it inflated properly without that. It’s made of the same material as a yoga ball, which is much harder to inflate than a balloon. Once inflated, the ball works really well. It’s very grippy and seems like it will last as long as I need it to. I also keep it deflated until I need it so it it takes up minimal space (I’m really happy that it came with the plug removal tool!). It’s probably not the highest quality ball on the market, but for the price I think it’s a great value for anyone who is starting out.I have only been using this for a few weeks at the time of this review but will be sure to update if I find anything unsatisfactory over time.

Decent quality
Run! This dark purple ball is currently selling for $7. It was $15 when I ordered it. The other colors are currently at $10 which is still much better than what I paid for it. Why such a price fluctuation? For this reason, I am only giving it 4 stars. Quality is okay and feels the same as the balls my trainer uses. Be aware that it doesn’t come with a pump or directions for inflating it, but it does come with a straw. For inflation instructions you have to go back to the product page. Inflating it was easy enough to do, and I like the feel and texture of the ball. It is a good size and is easy to grip.

Perfect for Fitness Use
Perfect fitness ball for Pilates, barre or any general classes. I’m very particular about fitness equipment and the first thing I noticed was the general texture of this ball. It’s a good stickiness that will stay put when used while wearing leggings, when the material is slick, it has a tendency to slip around and make users frustrated. It also has a good squishiness which works well for both leg and abdominal work. If you’ve never blown up a ball like this, it does take a bit of practice since you have to be quick when removing the included straw and inserting the plug. This package did include two additional plugs which is a bonus. After a month of use, the ball is still holding up strong.

Great for use with certain exercises
Decent size exercise ball for Yoga and stretching, and PT type exercises. Comes with an extra plug for the ball, a lifted for the plug and a straw to inflate the ball. It’s pretty quick to inflate, make sure to follow the instructions by putting the straw in, inflating, and then pushing the plug in before pulling the straw out. Because if you don’t put the plug in before pulling the straw, the ball will deflate again. Good quality for the price

Durable Ball
This ball was easy to inflate, but you do have to move quickly when putting the plug in or it will lose air faster than you can seal it. Once inflated, it holds air well and feels sturdy. The material has a nice grip and is thick enough that I’m not worried about it popping or wearing down easily.I have been using it mainly for my core exercises, and it really does make a difference. It adds an extra challenge to basic moves and helps with stability and balance.Overall, this has been a great addition to my routine. It’s affordable, durable, and versatile, making it a solid choice for both workouts and stretching.

Perfect for physical therapy!
When my wife got this for me, I laughed at it because I’m a big dude, but honestly, it’s been a life saver for my knee physical therapy. It’s standard exercise ball feel but large enough to fit between the legs. Love it!

Good for this beginner
Full disclosure, im a beginner at using a ball like this. I think it’s great and really helps elevate the workout. Good for support and making exercises a bit more challenging. The ball is made well and stays inflated. It’s a slight challenge trying to get the stopper in when you inflate it, gotta be quick or it leaks out.

Perfect size for core, stretching, and therapy exercises
This 9-inch mini Pilates ball has quickly become one of my favorite workout tools. It’s the perfect size for adding challenge to core workouts, improving balance, and supporting stretching routines. I’ve also found it really helpful for gentle physical therapy movements and posture work while sitting at my desk. The material feels durable and anti-burst, which gives me confidence using it during floor exercises. It inflates easily with the included straw, and once filled, it holds air well without going soft too quickly. The surface has just enough grip so it doesn’t slide around, but it’s still comfortable against the skin.I use it for inner thigh squeezes, glute bridges, abdominal stability work, and even under my lower back for stretches. It’s small enough to tuck away when not in use, making it perfect for home workouts without taking up space.Overall, this is an affordable and versatile piece of equipment that’s great for yoga, Pilates, therapy, or anyone wanting to add variety to their fitness routine.
