I’m very pleased with this book. It’s soft cover, just bigger than my hand. Every page has a different prompt so it’s not a daily gratitude journal but a self-reflection journal. You could potentially jump through the pages/prompts and do them out of order if you want.If you are looking for a daily journal where you talk about your day, this is not it. It’s structured for these specific prompts only. I love it! I have a separate daily gratitude journal for my daily life thoughts (bought here on Amazon too, 90-day gratitude journal by Sujatha Lalgudi).
