Thought provoking exercises
I am working through this a little at a time. Overall, I do find it helpful. Some of the text is “meh” and I’m not even sure I’m the target audience. So I read the exercise and if it seems like I wouldn’t get much out of it, I cross it out and move to the next. My book, my life, if I don’t wanna, I don’t! I like the format of exercises that you can write in and I journal in it if I feel like it.

Good workbook with good exercises to practice self love and compassion. However on page 58-59 you’re supposed to do a self compassion quiz in which you score different points, 10 questions and you can get 5 points per question, which is a max of 50 points but the pointinterval is 0-50, 50-60, 60-70 and so on up to 100…Sloppy that that went to print.
