Works great but its smaller than I thought it would be. Simple and easy to use. The twist cap where you put the water in can be difficult to open.

Be VERY careful. I followed the directions exactly, and this steamer did not steam, but instead began spitting boiling water, leaving me with burns all over my pinky finger and hand. I will contact customer service about this as well, but please be very cautious with this steamer.
