I Love Monk Fruit
I have been using monk fruit extract for over a year, and I have also used every other sweetener. The two that I have settled with are monk fruit and stevia extracts (100%). The bad reviews for both of these products both have taste as issues. Both don’t taste like sugar, because they are not sugar. Many people are so used to sugar that any thing different gets a bad review. If someone thinks that stevia or monk fruit tastes bad and leaves a bad review, then they are doing a disservice to other customers and to the seller of the product.- People complain about the packaging. Okay, I get it, the inner liner wasn’t sealed. It is probably very difficult to get a liner to stick when the container has a powdery ingredient. The seller may be a small company with limited resources and is doing their best to offer a good product at a reasonable price.- Bad taste. Okay, but it tastes like monk fruit. I venture to say that if you equate sugar to sweet, then almost nothing else can be sweet. I like monk fruit because it adds a good taste to my yogurt, oatmeal, home made chocolates, and almost any food that I use it in. I tend to use monk fruit in food, not in drinks. Mainly, because it cost more than stevia (this product will change that as it is a very good price)- Doesn’t dissolve in liquid easily. True, it does not. One of the reasons I use it in food and not liquids. But it does dissolve very well in melted cocoa butter. And, if I smoosh the little blobs against the side of the glass, then they will break up and dissolve in my tea or warm lemon juice.- Not that much. Not true. In my photo I break an 8 oz container into 4 oz mason jars, and I ended up with 6.5 jars full. That’s 26 fl oz. That is so much more that a differ vendor’s for just a little bit more money, and with the subscription discount, the cost is about the same. That’s value.- The after taste. Yes, there is an after taste. Most things that we eat do have an after taste, but we don’t notice it, because we are used to the taste. Frist time coffee, agh. After taste, yes. But, i love coffee and love the after taste. A piece of white bread. No after taste, because really no taste. Sugar. Yes, aftertaste, but we are used to it because we have eaten it our entire lives.I believe in helping the small companies, because I think that they are offering a product that they believe in. Maybe they make money, maybe they don’t. Maybe, this is not a small company. I don’t know, but if they are, then i am here to support them, because this is a great product. 100% Monk Fruit, great size, and even includes a little spoon. Exactly what I wanted.

Perfect Natural Sweetener for My Tea
This monk fruit extract has become the only sweetener I use for my tea. I use it multiple times daily and absolutely love it. It’s very sweet, so you only need a tiny amount, and it comes with a small (really tiny) scoop, which is all you need. A little goes a long way, making it last.I also appreciate that it has no erythritol or other added sweeteners, just clean, natural sweetness. I loved it so much I even set it up on auto-ship so I never run out.The only small drawback is that it does clump a bit sometimes, but that’s easily fixed with a vigorous stir before I add my teabag or loose tea. When I use it in yogurt, the texture isn’t noticeable at all.Highly recommend if you want a healthier, natural sweetener that works beautifully.

Try it, you might like it.
Fantastic natural sweetener. It has a distinct taste (unlike sugar) but it is far more pleasant than stevia. It is very strong. A tiny amount replaces a teaspoon of sugar. You’d think it was very expensive (cost per lb/oz) but we’ve found it to be much cheaper than Turbinado (Raw Sugar) due to the tiny amount needed for sweetening. We save a lot buying it in the large container size.It lasts 2 people about 3 months with everyday use to sweeten beverages.

Good alternative to sugar
My husband and I are trying to keep our sugars down. Monk fruit is supposed to be good because it isn’t supposed to spike your glucose. It tastes different than sugar but is sweet. Keep in mind its 200 times sweeter than sugar.

natural, and only takes a small amount. No aftertaste.
I’m in my 70’s and need to watch my diet including cutting back on artificial ingredients. I tried this and discovered it’s fantastic. The big discovery and learning curve for me was the understanding you really only need a small amount. It comes with a small, tiny scoop. At first I thought I had to put more than that in my coffee but I learned it really only takes that small amount to make the drink as sweet as it is when I add a lot of sugar. Using a small amount is the key to the taste. Using a natural sugar substitute is an important part of my new diet and this works well for me.

Will Purchase again!
I do my own Monk Fruit/Allulose sugar substitute blend because I want to know my sweetener is all natural. This Monk fruit powder is awesome. Tastes clean and sweet. I use my blend to make my own vanilla coffee syrup or to sweeten my homemade sodas with my Sparkel machine. You only have one body…best to know what goes into it.

Didn’t care for.
Much stronger than the last brand that I purchased from Amazon, which isn’t available anymore. Bit of an aftertaste. You have to use such a miniscule amount it makes it difficult to get a consistent taste.

Maybe I Just Need Time to Get Accustomed to It….
I wanted to love monk fruit as a sweetener but it just seems so much weaker than stevia unfortunately and to me it has an aftertaste in foods. But what is unusual is that tasting it right out of the container it sort of tasted good so I’m kind of confused. The taste is not as good as Erythrotol to me. However, the recent research on Erythrotol got me worried so I’ll stick with this monk fruit for awhile and try to get used to it.I do appreciate that it comes in this convenient container that is easy to open and close.I tried Allulose as well. This monkfruit tastes better to me than the Allulose. And at least this monkfruit has a stronger sweetness to me than the Allulose.I tried another brand of monk fruit sweetener as well and they taste the same in every way.
