Great for some, not great for others
I got these for muscle relaxation and sleep quality. I trust NOW brand, so they are my go to with most supplements. My spouse has used this supplement for two months each night before bed, and it has helped with sleep quality and muscle spasms. I tried this supplement for three days and could barely leave the bathroom. So, to each their own, I guess. I wish I could take it, but my digestive system is so sensitive that it’s a no go for me, personally.

Really helps to quell and eliminate night time leg cramps while sleeping.
My doctor recommended magnesium glycinate when I complain to him about evening leg cramps while I was sleeping. After looking online, and finding this brand at a good strength and a very good price, I started taking two every evening before sleep. Within a week or so my leg cramps went away, and I literally have not had one over the past three or four months. I also make sure to eat one banana per day, but that in the magnesium have worked far better than I ever expected.
