By far the best steamer I’ve ever got!
I’ve been doing professional skin care for over a decade and I swear this steamer/magnifying glass was the easiest thing I’ve ever put together, great quality. It’s not plastic and crappy, and the best thing that I have to say about this is it’s stable and very, very good quality. Best Buy.

Not worth it. At all.
Doesn’t work. Steamer quit working after 3 uses. Filled to the appropriate line, followed troubleshooting instructions but nothing works. There’s also no way to adjust the amount of steam. From a professional standpoint – this just ain’t it. And this is probably the reason they don’t accept returns.

I am an Esthetician & own my own private small business & purchased this & was wowed by how well it works. I have used many in my 9 yrs experience & most have some sort of issue. It’s been only 2 months , but so far it GREAT !

Doesn’t last long
I have only had this since Jan and unfortunately it has stopped working already. It gets extremely over heated and blows the steam out of the base and stop blowing at all where it is supposed too.
