Professional use!
I am a licensed Cosmetologist/ Aesthetic person. I purchased this for my studio. Super easy to assemble- ( yet we can with our eyes closed)😉. The quality of it is professional- solid- heavy. Does not tip- rolls very easily. The steam is fantastic- I love the essential oil basket to be inserted at top of water canister. The ozone works, and having the 3 in one argon is a HUGE bonus for our industry. The adjustable mirror light is great. There is a shut flap on the top of mirror to assist in keeping it sanitary. My main love is the fact it shuts off quietly- no dinging. All-in-all: I would purchase this over and over and am thankful for the affordable price and availability here on Amazon.

Ozone light and timer switch stopped working after 6 months. do not purchase..piece of garbage!!!
I have been an aesthetician for over 10 years and this is the only steamer i have owned that crapped out after 6 months. I wrote to the company and they did not help me at all regarding how to replace the fuse or what size fuse to use. I will never purchase from this company again!

Great product
Easy to assemble, easy to use. It really should come with assembly instructions for the not so mechanical purchaser. My daughter did the initial assembly and left out the main bolt that screws into the center of the base which left the unit super wobbly.

Recieved a defective product.
This product is amazing and does everything I needed to do! I had a problem with the lamp arm adjusting. After contacting the seller they sent a replacement arm and resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend buying this product. You won’t be disappointed!

Steamer doesn’t really work
So when we received the steamer/lamp we were so happy. Cheaper than the spa professional online stores. The mag lamp was perfect however the steamer did not work correctly. Taking Forever to heat and then shutting off for no reason even when the timer had plenty of time. Sending it back ugh

Quality has not.
I bought this machine late June, received it the first week of July 2024 , on August 20th the steamer stopped working. I can’t return it, there’s no way to contact the seller, spare yourself the headache, look for something better.
