A great guy for a beginner aesthetician
After searching all over the Internet for the perfect steamer, I decided to try this one based on reviews. I am happy to report. It looks great heats up quickly. I’ve had it for about four months and I’ve had no issues highly recommend great quality easy to assemble.

Great quality Facial Steamer
I am highly pleased with my purchase, this is very well made, like the glass holder for the water. The steam is just right and I can smell the ozone (love that smell). I use distilled water. It is easy to roll around and very sturdy. Several years ago I bought a steamer by a different manufacture (which broke) and I can’t believe the difference. I am almost glad the other one broke as this one just feels nicer to use overall. My skin feels so much cleaner and it improves it’s texture.

Works great and easy to clean
This has really improved my facials and shaves. Very happy with this steamer. There is a ticking noise as it operates as others have mentioned, but it’s so quiet it’s so issue to me.

Steam comes out of the wrong places it at all and light arm won’t stay in position
too expensive for it to fail in 3 months with only one person using it. horrible communication with seller ending in no resolution! They wanted a video of the problem….so I sent a video of it not working, lol. They said it would need a new mother board and to send it back. That is not acceptable to me for it being so new. Do not recommend product or seller!

I am missing pieces
The steamer works great. It came with two missing pieces the basket where the aromatherapy herbs would go and without the arm to insert the magnifying lamp. I really need Skin Act to help me with these two pieces. I placed herbs in a tea bag into the hole and the steamer worked perfectly but today because I guess it’s missing the basket to place herb bag the steamer started spitting out boiling water through steam hole. I took the herb bag out and added plain water and the steamer works fine.
